“What
did you dream last night?” should be the first question we
ask each other in the morning, instead of “What’s on the
news?” or “What’s for breakfast?” or “What do you
have to do today?” If we wake up to the radio, we are
immediately invaded by the culture’s idea of what is
important, but our dreams are the real breaking news.

You said, “They’re
harmless dreamers and they’re loved by the people.”
“What,” I asked you, “is harmless about a dreamer, and
what,” I asked you, “is harmless about the love of the
people? Revolution only needs good dreamers who remember their
dreams.”
