IRAQ

Q: You could make the point that when people are "praying for peace" they're really praying for victory. You write, "Do people ever pray for surrender? Unconditional surrender would bring immediate peace."

Hillman: Right. We could get out of this by turning everything over to an Arab coalition. Just say, "It's your job. We can't handle it. And it's probably beset that you handle your own terrorists." Let them hire
Halliburton if they want. It could be done. It would be a tremendous step of unification. They wouldn't be the enemy anymore. The enemy would be between the two sides among the Arabs.
